Naval officer, driver arrested with 248 moulds of suspected cannabis in Rivers

A Nigerian Navy lieutenant and a 51-year-old driver, Felix Dickson, were arrested after 248 moulds of suspected cannabis were found in their vehicle in Rivers State. The suspects were carrying five large 'Ghana-Must-Go' bags containing the cannabis, popularly known as 'Scottish Loud.' Dickson told investigators that the naval officer contracted him to drive the vehicle and deliver the consignment to Port Harcourt.
