NCBA owners see Sh21bn gains on Nedbank share rally

NCBA Group shareholders who sold a 66 percent stake to Nedbank have realized a capital gain of Sh21.4 billion on 43.63 million shares of the South African bank. Nedbank announced that Kenyan investors will receive a stake equivalent to 8.4 percent of the transaction, valued at Sh10.1 billion. The value of Nedbank shares has increased by 9.5 percent since the offer was announced in January, resulting in additional capital gains for NCBA shareholders.
