New electoral body: Simone Gbagbo proposes a structure composed of 13 members

Simone Gbagbo advocated for the establishment of a completely independent electoral body during the 'Fridays of OIDH'. She proposed that this body, which she calls the 'High Electoral Council', should consist of members without ties to political parties to ensure its neutrality. Gbagbo also emphasized the importance of granting the future body the necessary competencies to fully carry out its mission, excluding prefects and sub-prefects due to their connection with the administration.
