NFF reforms: A new congress for a new era

President Bola Tinubu has ordered comprehensive reforms for Nigerian football, starting with the NFF Congress, the highest decision-making body. The current structure, with 37 FA Chairmen, has created a culture of delegate democracy, making reform urgent.
