Niger Delta: Nigerian Navy recovers 92,660 litres of diesel in Rivers

The Nigerian Navy recovered 92,660 litres of suspected illegally refined Automotive Gas Oil (diesel) under Operation Delta Sentinel. The products were concealed in 138 sacks along the Rivers–Bayelsa border in Okolomade Community. The operation was based on credible intelligence and aerial surveillance. The Navy reiterated its commitment to disrupting crude oil theft and illegal petroleum distribution networks.
