Nigeria: Army kills 21 Boko Haram jihadists and destroys their camp in Adamawa

During a military raid in the Mount Kopre area of Adamawa State, the Nigerian army killed 21 Boko Haram and ISWAP fighters between August 26 and 27. The operation, conducted by Operation Hadin Kai, resulted in the destruction of the armed group's camp and the seizure of weapons and ammunition. Nigerian forces are also continuing the search for hostages kidnapped in the region. Adamawa State, under a state of emergency since 2013, remains a challenging area to secure due to its rugged terrain.
