Nigeria: Iwobi apologizes after red card against Jordan

Alex Iwobi, midfielder for the Super Eagles, acknowledged his responsibility after receiving a red card in the 2-2 draw against Jordan on March 31. He was sent off for reacting angrily to a hold by a Jordanian player. In a podcast, Iwobi apologized to his teammates and stated that he would learn from this experience. The Super Eagles will play two friendly matches in June against Poland and Portugal.
