Nigeria not truly independent - Sowore - Daily Post Nigeria

Omoyele Sowore, the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, states that Nigeria cannot be considered truly independent while millions of Nigerians remain in poverty, insecurity, and unemployment. He criticizes successive governments for wasting the country's resources and calls for a fight against corruption, oppression, and ethnic and religious manipulation. Sowore emphasizes that Nigerians' task is to rebuild a country free from these issues, beyond mere Independence Day celebrations on Nigeria's 66th anniversary.
