Nigeria raises AI concerns at ILC

At the 114th session of the International Labour Conference (ILC) in Geneva, the Nigerian delegation, led by Minister of Labour and Employment Dr. Muhammad Dingyadi, warned that unchecked AI adoption could deepen inequality and displace millions of workers. He urged a balanced approach between innovation and worker protection, emphasizing that current choices will determine whether AI strengthens or weakens the dignity of labour.
