'Nigerian Govt both terrorist and prosecutor in Nnamdi Kanu's case' - Lawyer

The Nigerian government has been described as both a terrorist and prosecutor in the case of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Lawyer Christopher Chidera submitted a petition to the Nigerian Bar Association, arguing that findings from the Supreme Court and a Kenyan court established that Kanu's extradition was illegal. Chidera cited Kenyan and Nigerian laws to support his claim, noting that Kanu's arrest in Kenya amounted to kidnapping under Kenyan law.
