NIMASA vows to prioritise Cabotage implementation

The Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Dayo Mobereola, reiterated that developing indigenous capacity in Nigeria’s maritime sector under the Cabotage regime remains a priority. During a tour of the African Pioneer Lagos vessel, he emphasized the importance of prioritizing Nigerian-flagged vessels.
