Nkamouna Cobalt: Aeternum proposes a conditional investment of 5.45 billion FCFA to acquire 50.1% of ARM

Aeternum plans to invest 10 million dollars, approximately 5.45 billion FCFA, in American Renaissance Minerals (ARM) to acquire a controlling stake of 50.1%. This investment is contingent upon ARM obtaining a new mining permit for the cobalt, nickel, and manganese deposit in Nkamouna. The agreement, signed on December 29, 2025, states that 9 million dollars will fund technical studies, while the remaining million dollars will reimburse historical expenses.
