Nkoteng: A restaurateur arrested after the confession of a man found with a corpse

A man in his forties was caught with the lifeless body of another man in the village of Ezézang. He confessed to being involved in four murders, claiming to act on behalf of a restaurateur from Nkoteng known as 'Mama Aïssatou'. Following these statements, the restaurateur was arrested, although the accusations are based solely on the suspect's claims.
