NLO limits playoffs signings to five non-league players

The Nationwide League One (NLO) has announced that clubs in the promotional playoffs may register a maximum of five non-league players. The restriction aims to ensure a fair competitive environment and protect the league's developmental structure. The playoffs are scheduled from July 2 to 7, 2026. Any club fielding unregistered players or failing to register them properly will face immediate disqualification.
