NNL gives clubs October 23 deadline for registration

The Nigeria National League (NNL) has ordered participating clubs to submit registration forms by Friday, October 23, 2026, warning that missing the deadline could jeopardize their participation in the 2026-2027 season. Chief Operating Officer Danlami Alanana also set October 30 as the final date to collect players’ licenses and said the deadlines would not be extended. The new season is scheduled to begin on October 31 at Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri, where Heartland FC will host Crown FC, with other fixtures following a week later.
