On July 11-12, 2026, elected officials and leaders from Kong department, co-organized with the Mutual for Development of Kong Department (MUDEKO), conducted a tour to report on the first ordinary session of the National Assembly in the sub-prefectures of Bilimono, Kong, Nafana, and Sikolo.
