North-West: A 13-Year-Old Student Killed by Lightning

Blandine, a 13-year-old student, was killed by a lightning strike on Sunday in the village of Aduk, located in the Fundong district of the Boyo department. She was struck while rain was falling in the area and died on the spot. This tragedy occurred the day before the school year began in Cameroon, as the young girl was preparing to return to classes.
