Northern CAN urges Tinubu, Plateau govt to end killings, destruction

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Northern States and Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Plateau State Government to take urgent steps to end the killings and destruction of property in the state. The chairman of Northern CAN, Rev. Dr Yakubu Pam, expressed concern over the loss of lives and destruction in affected communities, urging a broader review of Nigeria's security system. He also extended condolences to the families of victims and urged residents to remain united to avoid escalating tensions.
