Non-tax revenues: DGRAD reports a shortfall of 518 million USD over five years, according to Crefdl

The Center for Research in Public Finance and Local Development (Crefdl) reported a shortfall of 518 million USD for non-tax revenues of DGRAD between 2021 and 2025. Collected revenues reached 7.740 billion USD, representing a realization rate of 93.72%. Despite an 88.26% increase in mobilized revenues, some services, such as the Ministry of Tourism and the Congolese National Police, show poor performance.
