NSCDC arrests nine over school vandalism in Zamfara

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) arrested nine suspects for criminal conspiracy, vandalism, and theft of roofing sheets from Tsageru Primary School in Tsafe Local Government Area. The suspects allegedly confessed to their involvement in the offenses, which occurred between September 5 and September 8, 2026. The damage to the school, involving three classrooms, is estimated at 4.5 million Naira.
