NTSA Asks Motorists to Check Uncollected Driving Licences, Logbooks and Number Plates

The Kenyan National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has urged motorists to check its online portal for uncollected smart driving licenses, vehicle logbooks, and reflective number plates. The portal is free and does not require registration, allowing users to verify the status of their documents using their national ID or vehicle registration numbers. NTSA advises against dealing with brokers demanding payment and has introduced SMS notifications to track vehicle ownership transfer applications, which can now be processed and collected in under two minutes.
