NTSA Gives Motorists Seven Days to Comply

Kenya’s National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has given owners of public service vehicles and commercial vehicles seven days to install speed limiters. The announced changes will remain valid for 12 months. After that period, motorists will have to reapply for the process.
