NTSA Warns of One-Day Intermittent System Downtime for eLogbook Migration

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) announced that its online system will be temporarily unavailable from Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 4pm to Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 8am to facilitate the transition to a new eLogbook platform. Director General Nashon Kondiwa apologized for the inconvenience. The new platform, integrated with eCitizen, aims to curb fraud in vehicle ownership transfers by replacing paper logbooks with a secure digital system featuring encryption and QR codes.
