NYSC, Police strengthen ties for improved corps security

The Director General of NYSC, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, met with the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Olatunji Disu, to strengthen the synergy between both agencies regarding the security of Corps Members. Nafiu requested maximum protection for Corps Members and their properties, especially as the 2027 general elections approach. The IGP assured that the Police would continue to secure the scheme and welcomed the proposal for exemption certificates for graduates of the Nigeria Police Academy.
