Tanzania removes Nigerians from Referred Visa Category Listing

Tanzania has removed Nigerian nationals from the Referred Visa category, opening its borders to travelers from Abuja and Lagos. An official notice from the Tanzanian Ministry of Home Affairs states that Nigerians are no longer subject to referred visa restrictions and can apply for visas through the online portal or at entry points. Referred Visa restrictions still apply to countries such as Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Chad, Djibouti, and others. Nigerian travelers now only need to follow the standard visa application procedures.
