Obi and NDC oppose electoral intimidation

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), stated that his supporters will no longer tolerate intimidation during the 2027 general elections. He also warned against electoral malpractice, insisting that votes must be counted. Additionally, the ADC has called for an investigation into alleged threats against voters by the Kebbi local government chairman. Despite concerns regarding INEC, the ADC confirmed its participation in the 2027 elections.
