Serigne Saliou Diop, an emblematic figure of Senegalese education, passed away in Dakar, leaving behind an invaluable legacy. The burial ceremonies are scheduled for this Sunday in Guédiawaye, including a reading of the Fatiha. A former principal and active member of the educational system, he also served as the Secretary General of the National Democratic Rally and Deputy Mayor of Golf Sud.
