Obituary: Groupe Futur Média wakes up in sadness, Youssou Ndour loses Ass Bitèye (photo)

Groupe Futur Média (GFM) is in mourning following the death of Elhadji Abdoulaye Biteye, known as Ass Bitèye, an editor at the daily newspaper L'Observateur. The sad news broke this Thursday, plunging colleagues into consternation. Ass Bitèye was appreciated for his professionalism and dedication. He will be buried in Mbitène Walo, in the Kaolack region, but the funeral date has not yet been announced.
