On its 50th anniversary, ICA receives a minibus to strengthen screening campaigns

On September 29, 2026, the Abidjan Cardiology Institute (ICA) received a 15-seat minibus donated by the Orange Côte d’Ivoire Foundation to assist with outreach and awareness campaigns. The handover took place during a press conference marking the ICA’s 50th anniversary, held alongside the Heart Week. Health Minister Pierre Dimba highlighted that ICA, established in 1976, has become a cardiology reference center in Ivory Coast and the region, with ongoing renovations and new equipment planned. Preventive activities such as free screening campaigns will be organized during the anniversary celebrations.
