One killed, many trapped, as four-storey building collapses in Enugu

One person has been confirmed dead after a four-storey building under construction collapsed in Independence Layout, Enugu. Several individuals were trapped, with three others rescued from the rubble. The collapse is linked to suspected structural defects, as the site had previously been sealed by the Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority due to serious design flaws.
