On Monday, July 13, 2026, as part of Operation Épervier 11, police officers of the 4th District of Zone 3 arrested an individual, D. M., in possession of 39 sachets of cannabis in the Hino neighborhood. An open-air smoking den was discovered and destroyed. The suspect was taken to the police station and brought before the court.
