ORYX 26: French Rafales face Moroccan F-16s in Major Exercise

French Rafale fighters and Moroccan F-16s are training until October 2nd at the Orange-Caritat air base in Vaucluse during the ORYX 26 exercise. Nearly 300 military personnel are involved in simulated interceptions, aerial combat, close protection, and ground strikes without real opposition. The Moroccan forces, arrived in France on September 23rd with about fifty personnel, are working alongside the French 5th Fighter Wing as part of an ongoing military partnership following the Marathon 25 exercise in 2025.
