Osun 2026: Adeleke 'll lose in Ijesaland, odds favour us — APC

Prince Thomas Ogungbangbe, the Director-General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Osun-East Senatorial District Campaign Council, stated that Governor Ademola Adeleke's political strongholds have shifted in favor of the APC ahead of the 2026 elections. He claimed that growing support for the APC in several local governments signals a desire for a progressive government. Ogungbangbe, who is also vying for the Senate seat, received endorsements from local councillors and party chairmen, promising to prioritize infrastructural development in the state.
