Osun Bar Association Calls for Digital Upgrade and Court Repairs

Nigerian Bar Association branches in Osun State have urged Governor Ademola Adeleke to launch an urgent programme to rehabilitate and modernise the courts. In a letter dated October 29, 2026, the branch chairpersons from Osogbo, Ikirun, Ilesa, Iwo and Ile-Ife called for electronic case-management systems, digital recording equipment and computers. They cited deteriorating buildings and leaking roofs that have sometimes forced hearings to be suspended during rainfall, and said upgrades should also cover lower courts.
