Oustaz Assane Touré arrested by investigators of the Research Section

Oustaz Assane Touré, aged 30, was arrested by the Research Section of Kaolack following a defamation complaint filed by Sokhna Aïda Diallo. He was taken into custody for defamation and dissemination of false news via TikTok. During questioning, he claimed to have heard the information on the street and could not provide evidence. He is expected to be brought before the Kaolack prosecutor's office this Tuesday.
