Over 200 Vehicles Immobilized After Transporters' Strike on Bunia-Kasenyi Route

Since October 12, over 200 vehicles have been immobilized on the Bunia-Kasenyi road in Ituri due to a strike by transporters from Uganda. They are protesting against the poor condition of the road, which causes accidents and loss of goods such as potatoes and tomatoes. Drivers are calling for the rehabilitation of the route to ensure safe transportation and restore commercial traffic between Bunia and Uganda.
