Palestinian football body appeals FIFA ruling on Israel at top sports court

The Palestinian Football Association (PFA) has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport against FIFA's decision not to sanction Israel regarding clubs based in Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank. The PFA argues that these clubs, which are illegal under international law, should not compete in leagues run by the Israel Football Association. PFA Vice President Susan Shalabi stated that the appeal was filed on April 20 and that they will continue the process until justice is achieved.
