Paul Kagame criticizes American sanctions and defends Kigali's stance

He criticized the excessive pressure from Washington on Kigali, noting that Kinshasa received a more 'delicate' treatment. The sanctions were imposed due to the Rwandan army's support for the M23 rebel group, which controls parts of Eastern DRC.
