Peter Kazadi: « Kabila will lead a branch of the rebellion », the government promises a « proportional resistance »

UDPS member Peter Kazadi claimed that Joseph Kabila is preparing to lead a branch of the rebellion by recruiting young people in Kinshasa to send to the East or join the rebellion. He stated that Kabila is « already in action » and intends to harm the country, but the Congolese will resist with a « proportional resistance ». Kazadi also warned of a threat of balkanization, but expressed confidence that the country would overcome this threat.
