Petroleum PS Liban Mohamed, KPC MD Joe Sang, EPRA DG Daniel Kipoo Arrested Over Fuel Saga

Four senior government officials, including Petroleum Principal Secretary Liban Mohamed, EPRA Director General Daniel Kiptoo, and KPC Managing Director Joe Sang, have been arrested for approving the procurement of substandard fuel.
