Photos: Nearly 1,000 dead, thousands missing in Nepal–China border floods

Devastating floods near the Nepal-China border have resulted in at least 939 deaths, according to Nepal's disaster authority. The regional death toll has reached 955, with 4,471 people still missing on both sides of the border. Among the missing, 3,333 are Nepali citizens, including 592 foreigners, with the hardest-hit areas being Nuwakot district, where 1,158 people are unaccounted for.
