Plastics Industry: Prima Dee-Lite has distributed over one billion FCFA in dividends to its Indian shareholder since 2023

Prima Dee-Lite Plastics SARL, a plastic manufacturing company in Cameroon, has paid over one billion FCFA in dividends to Prima Plastics Limited, its Indian shareholder holding 50% of the joint venture, since 2023. Four dividend payments totaling 1.56 million euros (about 1.023 billion FCFA) have been declared, with the latest on September 28, 2026, amounting to 436,701 euros (approximately 286.5 million FCFA). The dividend payments began in March 2023 with 275,260 euros, followed by 457,347 euros in March 2024, then 390,837 euros in 2025.
