Police arrest 13 suspects over terrorism, banditry in Kebbi

The Kebbi State Police Command has arrested 13 suspects linked to terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, and illegal possession of firearms over the past month. Commissioner Umar Hadejia disclosed the arrests during a press briefing in Birnin Kebbi. Suspects include three alleged Mamudawa/Boko Haram members arrested on June 5, four Lakurawa bandits arrested on June 7, and individuals accused of providing logistical support to terrorists. Items recovered include a pump-action rifle and live cartridges.
