Police arrest 20-year-old over alleged defilement, robbery

The Bauchi State Police Command arrested 20-year-old Isiyaku Usman for the alleged defilement and robbery of a seven-year-old girl in Darazo. The incident occurred on September 6, 2026, when the victim was intercepted by Usman while walking to a neighbor's house with two mobile phones. The girl's father reported the incident to the police, who quickly arrested the suspect found in possession of the stolen phones.
