Police begin arrests at UK protest against Palestine Action ban

Hundreds gathered in Trafalgar Square in London for a mass vigil organized by Defend Our Juries, demanding the lifting of the ban on Palestine Action. Several protesters were arrested, including an elderly woman with walking sticks. The Defend Our Juries group also protested against the Metropolitan Police's policy reversal on arresting individuals who show support for Palestine Action, which was designated a terrorist organization by the UK government in July 2025.
