Police begin enforcement against tinted vehicles, covered number plates

The Police Command in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has commenced enforcement against vehicles with illegal tinted glass, concealed number plates, or lack of registration. Commissioner Ahmed Sanusi stated that over 30 vehicles have been impounded and owners will be prosecuted under the FCT Road Transport Regulations 2023. The operation targets criminals who use such vehicles for robberies, kidnappings, and other crimes.
