Police deploy tactical units to tackle banditry in Katsina, Kaduna

The Assistant Inspector-General of Police for Zone 14, Bello Shehu, has ordered a coordinated crackdown on banditry and other violent crimes in Katsina and Kaduna states. Specialized tactical units are to be deployed to dismantle criminal networks and maintain a strong presence in high-risk areas. Shehu also urged inter-agency collaboration to enhance intelligence sharing and called on residents to remain vigilant.
