Political News: Appeal Court Upholds NDC Registration

The Nigeria Appeal Court upheld the registration of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), allowing the party to participate in the 2027 general elections. NDC candidate for the Ughelli/Udu Federal Constituency, Dr. Obiuwevbi Ominimini, accused the Delta State government and APC of sponsoring attacks on his supporters. Additionally, NDC members were attacked by thugs during a support march for Peter Obi in Warri.
