Political Parties Given October Deadline to Submit Nomination Rules

The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) has set an October 16, 2026 deadline for political parties to submit their nomination rules for the 2027 General Elections. Parties must also provide the names and signatures of authorized persons between October 7 and October 15, 2026. Additionally, parties seeking to form a coalition have until April 12, 2027, to submit their agreement to the Registrar.
