Population Census: House and Household Mapping Begins in Kinshasa

The Democratic Republic of Congo launched the census mapping phase in Kinshasa on September 28, 2026, as part of the second General Population and Housing Census (RGPH-2). Census agents began identifying houses, households, and infrastructure in Kinshasa neighborhoods, a process expected to last about a month before expanding to other provinces.
